2025 Cowboy Plunge Table Vendor Agreement - by completing your payment & registration, vendor hereby agrees to the terms & conditions. PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETE SECTION BEFORE PROCEEDING TO PAYMENT.
Event dates: Friday to Sunday April 4-5-6, 2025
Event times: 10:00am-3:00pm daily (doors open 9:30am)
Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center - 501 Seabreeze Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendor agrees to pay the Organizer $100 per day for participation for a total of 3 days. Each vendor must participate all 3 days.
- Vendor shall provide their own equipment, including canopy tent, tables, chairs, signage, and any other necessary materials.
- Vendor must ensure their booth is staffed at all times during event hours.
- Vendor is responsible for keeping their area clean and must remove all waste before leaving the premises.
- Power sources may be available on request however it may require relocation to a different area. Vendor must bring their own extension cords.
- Vendor agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
- Parking and unloading available on first come, first serve basis.
- Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages by vendor employees / vendors is prohibited anywhere on the premises before, during or after the event.
- Vendor shall provide a COI to both the International Swimming Hall of Fame and the City of Fort Lauderdale at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the event. Please follow the example provided for wording on the COI for the City of Fort Lauderdale.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full prior to the event to secure participation.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations by the Vendor within 90 days of event.
Liability and Insurance
· All vendors must be licensed and insured. Any employees of vendors must be covered under their workers compensation policy.
- Vendor assumes all responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of merchandise and equipment.
- Vendor shall hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer, its affiliates, and venue from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the event.
Cancellation and Termination
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Vendor who fails to comply with this Agreement, without a refund.
Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By completing the vendor payment, vendor acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
