Making a Purchase
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by credit card or Pay Pal on our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please note: Credit cards will be charged in full when the order is placed. This includes any backordered items.
How do I know that my order went through?
Your orders will be listed in the orders area of My Account after checkout. You will also receive an email confirmation from ISHOF to the email address that is tied to your online account.
I placed an order online, but I want to cancel it. How can I do that?
Generally, orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. If your order has not shipped, we may still be able to cancel it. To find out your order status, contact us via phone (954) 462-6536 or our online form (reference your order number)..
Does ISHOF accept international or military orders?
Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses through our online store. Contact us for more information about shipping to international addresses.
How do you protect my credit card data?Our store is PCI Compliant. The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
What is the sales tax?
We collect sales tax based on the “ship to” address. Please note, sales tax is subject to change.
Do you sell gift-certificates?
At this time, we do not offer gift certificates.
Shipping and Receiving Your Order
What are my shipping charges?
We ship packages via US Postal Service and UPS. We offer regular and expedited delivery. Purchases of $100 or more qualify for free regular shipping to contiguous U.S. addresses. No coupon code needed.
Do you offer express delivery?
We offer USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery) and USPS Express Mail (1-2 day delivery) (delivery times are dependent to ship to zip code). If you would like overnight shipping, please call us at +1 (954) 462-6536.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders generally ship out within 48 hours of being received, Monday through Friday. USPS packages are typically received within 4-7 business days depending on the ship to address.
